How much notice should I give to request a worker?

The time needed to dispatch a worker varies on the requested skillset and availability of our workers, as well as if you have an account with us already. For general labour we usually fill a request within 24-48 hours. Any less than this and we will do our best with what we have available to us. Prime employees are covered under our WCB, but ultimately everyone is responsible for safety. While a worker is on a client’s site they are responsible for their well-being and safety of that worker and those around them.

It is our responsibility to ensure the following: The worker is suitable to perform the task assigned, the worker is equipped with the necessary PPE prior to dispatching them, or ensuring that they will be equipped prior to starting work on the client’s site, and the client is capable of ensuring the health and safety of the worker.
